I purchased this audio program and really enjoyed listening to it. However, after listening to it I also purchased the printed book. I like the printed version much better, it comes with a DVD workout (only 18 minutes but great) and walk logs.

Overweight - aren't most of us??? Get off the couch & walk in the Kitchen, in the LivingRoom in the Basement. Walk anywhere with Leslie. I'm a 332 pound 60 year old woman who bought this audio, loaded it on my iPOD Shuffle & started walking last week. I surprised myself yesterday when I bounced down the 7 outside steps at work without touching the siderail or going down one step at a time like a kid. My knees weren't stiff & my right hip didn't give me hell. One week folks - one week!! I think I'm gonna pick up the 1 mile walk next. Nice thing about Leslie's walks is that you can do a short one, pick up where you left off or do the whole thing where ever you want to walk.
Really great, Leslie gives many wellness tips which you can dip into as you want and she encourages you to do lots of exercise walking! The audio doesn't have extras like the book so this is best for someone wanting lifestyle motivation on fitness who already walks with Leslie or plans to obtain a workout - see her walk style on you tube.
