Animal or plant protein? Fish or beef? Cow milk or almond milk? These questions are probably in your mind when you go to do the grocery shopping. The debate around what kind of protein is best has long been waging. This audiobook, Understanding Protein, tackles the controversy head-on. Myths are dispelled, common dietary practices are challenged, and the protein battle is decisively won with decades of research and medical opinion.

In this thoroughly researched audiobook on the topic of the best type of protein for human consumption you will be shocked by the scientific facts surrounding meat consumption and its effect on the human body. The research speaks for itself no matter what side of the argument you may be on.

Understanding Protein does not stop at just meat consumption. If you are a milk drinker, you need to listen to this book. "borderline pointless"

this book had virtually 0 info on any actual protein or protein synthesis and the driving point behind the book was painfully non descriptive. it was essentially a book to bash meat eaters while providing as little info as possible about amino acids etc

"A Case of Rubbish Well Presented"

While the presentation was nice and easy to listen to, the conclusions regarding meat c and saturated fat consumption were ill founded, lacking supportive science and incredible. About the only credible information presented regarded the human consumption of bovine (cow's) milk.
