this book had virtually 0 info on any actual protein or protein synthesis and the driving point behind the book was painfully non descriptive. it was essentially a book to bash meat eaters while providing as little info as possible about amino acids etc

While the presentation was nice and easy to listen to, the conclusions regarding meat c and saturated fat consumption were ill founded, lacking supportive science and incredible. About the only credible information presented regarded the human consumption of bovine (cow's) milk.
