Really enjoyed this book as I'm in a place in my life where I need to either choose to live lean or give up. I choose to live lean. I did hope to actually learn more about what Brad is doing in the book but I guess he has other programs I plan on getting.
I loved this book! I read work from Brad Gouthro before and I have to say this book is even better than his first! Well written and well read. This book displays a journey plan for and overall life style change and not just for temporary fitness or crash diets! Thanks so much Brad! You're a constant inspiration in my fitness journey!
