No. Listening to the book is easier than reading it, however I was surprised to see that the author is also the reader of the book. The content is good, but it's baffling to me that the English speaking American author is severely mispronouncing some common foods, such as quinoa (ok, it's often mispronounced), but pomegranate is mispronounced and... vegetable. Yes, vegetable is mispronounced. So, although the book is excellent, the reader author is shorting himself some credibility by reading it.
I thought it was excellent, and I'm going to follow it religiously. I'm sure the results will be as he predicts. Also, it's very admirable that he would gift his book to any that can't afford it. That makes me want to buy 10 books just to help someone who cares about others.
Yes- it's short- and info is compact. No wasting time.
