A PDF with the 21 day plan which is why I purchased the book
Yes. I like the primal plan. This audio book was useless.
It was fine but referenced "the print book" for details of the program
I purchased the 21 day Primal Plan and just finished it this morning. All of the details of the plan, the meal plan, the exercise descriptions, lists and pictures are referenced as "in the print book". This was totally useless. What a waste of money.
I am a big fan of Mark Sisson's work. It is definitely advocating the paleo lifestyle however Mark is great about reminding the reader/listener to enjoy life as well.
I've been doing Paleo lifestyle for 5 weeks now. This book helped motivate me to keep it up and continue to improve. I much appreciate the holistic focus of this book on overall lifestyle. Thanks
It's not Audible's fault. Mark Sisson wrote 3 books that are nearly identical. This was a total waste of money. Just read the Primal Blueprint, don't waste your time on the other two books.
