Ha! The core work has helped me become able to move.
I am a Physician and competitive long distance runner trying not to have back surgery. I have been 3 mo of agonizing hip and leg pain from a bulging lumbar disc, barley able to walk a few feet. I have tried almost every thing to get rid of the pain. I purchased the audio book and like the philosophy, but had to buy the written version to know how to do the exercises.
