If you want to lose your weight effortlessly, this diet is the perfect one for you! What I like the most about this diet is that it doesn't involve eating less calories on a daily basis. "5:2" means it has a weekly diet plan of eating normally for 5 days and fasting for 2 days. You can eat all of your favorite foods for 5 days as long as you limit your calories on the other 2 days. After 3 weeks on this diet I am already seeing some results and I totally recommend this audiobook and the diet.
I didn't get much out of this, and was, of course, unable to listen to the recitation of recipe after recipe at the end of the book. I should not have purchased this book.
I've been trying this diet for a couple of weeks and it has worked for me better than I've expected! It is really easy to follow, because the diet plan is very simple. Basically 2 days a week you must keep your calories below 500 (per day), and the rest of the week you can eat whatever you want. Beside losing weight, the author claims that this diet will improve your health long-term. Overall this is very resourceful and helpful audiobook about 5:2 fasting diet for beginners.
