    "Does NOT include Main Excercise Program"

    Hmm. How very disappointing. This book IS listed as abridged, but it has been "abridged" so that it doesn't include the exercise program it describes.

    In short this is a two-hour long advertisment for the hardback book, the web-site, vitamins, equipment, and whey protein shakes. It has the "Bonus" "On-the-Go" program, but not the program described in the Hardback.

    I'm really wondering whether this consititues an "abridgement" or "false advertising."

    I guess you have to buy the book to get all the information we need to perform the 12 second sequence. Why did I bother buying the audio book?

    "Teaser for the Book"

    I found this audiobook to be very disappointing. I lost count of the number of times the author/narrator said, "Buy the book to get the details."

    It seems like an interesting concept. I think the audiobook should be free, or at least include a discount coupon for the book.

    This is a workable program!So easy to do, you will really feel it right away! Four reps is the key for everyone who wants to see a fast difference in a couple weeks!The first program I can stick with!
