Goose egg

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

Maybe a ten year old who enjoys socialistic propaganda.

What could Alex Grayson have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

He could have shortened it from 30 mins to one sentence (spoiler): Go cold turkey off of sugar for a couple weeks. There, that's all that is in this book.

Would you be willing to try another one of Neal Chandran’s performances?

No. I was not impressed.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

I guess disappointment. I just thought it might have been more insightful.

Any additional comments?

Waste of time/money.

Sugar Addiction

The author lacks alternatives to sugar and treats his readers with a brash attitude telling us that we "have to or else" leaving the reader feel stupid. Let me tell you that I have a psychology masters and no one in there right mind would ever word this book the way he did. Secondly, all of the works in the book are copied/noted from other authors giving me the open question "does he actually know anything himself"? Third, you only want this book for a quick study and nothing more.

This performance was sharp tongued with little possibility to get too much further in life. The two are a great pair in how to not write a book.
