This book help me to at least prepare great Paleo recipes; I'm not a good cook by any stretch of the imagination, but this book made it super easy for me because I will just listen to the instructions and do the cooking. Overall, this was a great audio book and would definitely recommend to anyone!
The information inside about Paleo Diet because I've discovered tons of information about this diet. Information herein must be heard by all beginners out there; recipes are also awesome! Because of that it really made me interested to learn more about Paleo Diet.

It's Paleo Wow
This is the diet book I am looking for. Compare to other diets, Paleo is better simply because it does not restrict carbohydrates and I agree that our body needs it, too but of course, with moderation. The book explains how effective this diet is and assures the listener that he can eat in between meals if being hungry and stop when full. This is practical guide and I like it.
One of the most memorable moments of Paleo was the recipes. Mouth-watering and easy to prepare; the instructions on how to prepare them are very easy to follow.

This is a good guide for a Paleo beginner like me. As I listened to the audio, I was able to clarify that eating rich in protein and carbohydrates foods are okay as long as I would do it in moderation. It was properly explained by the narrator whose voice is pleasing to my ears. I take note of the lists of safe foods to consume and those that are not. Now, I have a long lists of foods to remember.
Since I want to lose weight, following this guide would be safer. I would know that because my friend used this method and she lose weight before her wedding. I always keep in mind to eat with the safe foods under Paleo standard with right moderation.
This is the first time I've listened audible and it was an amazing experience, I surely listening another audible in the future.
I agree that our body needs a right amount of food everyday. Unlike to any diet that says carbohydrates are a no-no, in this book, it advise the listeners to eat the right amount of carbohydrates. It's okay to eat whenever we are hungry until we are full even if it means in between meals. It states the advantages of being in a Paleo diet and assure the listeners that it is the right choice. It also encourage the listeners to have a moderate protein foods. It also add lists of foods rich in proteins which are okay for a Paleo diet standard.

By merely listening to this audio book, I realized how important carbohydrates in our body. It is needed to produce glucose which is the primary energy source of our brain. So, if we stop consuming foods rich in carbohydrates in exchange of losing weight is just a foolish idea. This audio book made me realized that Paleo diet is indeed the right one. It also has the lists of foods that meets Paleo standard, so I take note of them and follow it diligently. This is educational book that break down specific fruits, vegetables, flour, nuts and other foods which are needed by our body to be healthy. I would love to share this to my mom-in-law so she would know the right one like I do.
When it comes to health, I really love such kind of topic. Nowadays, there are many fast foods where we can choose from but we must accept the fact that the foods we are eating are no longer fresh, highly processed and not healthy which can cause diseases. And for me, Paleo is such a good one for us to live healthy and with this audio book, I have discover lots of recipes! Thanks to the author and to Stephanie Murphy for narrating the book very well.
