I really love this book. It has wonderful recipes that other diet books don't have. All the amazing recipes would help you lose weight, and give you the energy that you needed. Also, it tells you what kind of food you have to avoid. One thing that I love about this book is, it explains all the diet myths. So now I definitely understand all of them. Thanks to this book.
Yes! I found wonderful recipes that sound so good and I can't wait to try, I would love to have a friend try them at the same time and we can compare pictures and how our families liked the recipe.
I really enjoyed the recipe for pancakes with raspberry topping. Less sugar and fat and instead of syrup raspberry sauce.

Good. Fast. Read. There is a lot of information out there describing this eating plan, however, in this book the authors provide unique insights that many of the others do not. The authors does not make empty declarative statements, rather they provide just enough theory so the reader can understand why the plan works.My only compliant is that half of the book consists of recipes but they are not available in PDF. But if it is any consolation, the authors read the recipes aloud, including nutrition information. If you want the recipes you will either have to listen to them or transcribe them yourself.

I received this audio book at a discount for my honest opinion.Since beginning my journey to transcend in to the paleo diet, I've been looking for more information. I would definitely recommend this book for beginners who are either curious about paleo diet and for those who have begun their paleo diet already as well. As it contains some super delicious recipes it would provide you more choices to experiment with.
The more I listen to Valerie Childs's material, the more convinced I become that I need to begin a Paleo lifestyle. This book is PACKED with great tips and information that really blew me away about the benefits of changing my way of thinking about eating.
If you're interested in making the switch to a Paleo diet, this is a great primer. The information is so clear and direct and listening via audiobook made learning about it an even more enjoyable experience.

My daughter introduced me to the Paleo diet this year and in the past 4 months i have lost a total of 32 pounds. This is more of a lifestyle change not just a diet, and this audio book is a perfect and only material you will ever need. Consumption of processed foods and alcohol is linked to many modern diseases, this is how our ancestors ate before we invented farming and processed food, so not only you will lose weight, but you will get healthier and have more energy. I highly recommend this diet and this audio book!
I've been interested in the paleo diet for a while now and I'm glad I was able to get this on audio. I've tried several of the recipes over the last couple of days and they are delicious! We really don't feel we're dieting. It's true the paleo diet is a much more natural way to eat. I especially like a lot of the breakfast recipes.
This audiobook not only goes over and describes why the paleo diet works, it also explains why it is the right and most natural diet for human beings. There is also a bunch of easy to make recipes (they are delicious), general guidelines how to stick to your diet and much more. Since I am on this diet (last 2 and a half months) I started to feel the energy and vitality for which I have been searching for the last decade!
I have read dozens of books about dieting through the years and the result is that nothing has worked on a longterm, because of a so called yo-yo effect. This time I hope it will be different, this audiobook is very well put together and I discovered some new paleo recipes too. So far I am sticking to the book's diet plan (I started two months ago) and feel like I have much more energy. I recommend this audiobook because there are some wight loss tips & secrets I didn't find anywhere else!
