This book is for people who are following or would like to follow Paleolithic diet guidelines. Learn about the paleo diet in the introduction. Follow that learning up with some practice with the collection of sweet treat recipes in this book. All the recipes contain coconut flour and are made to satisfy sweet tooth cravings.
The first section is full of pastries from donuts to cinnamon rolls to muffins. Following pastries, try out a variety of healthy cookies that are still delicious. After cookies, move on to cake recipes great for special occasions. These are so good, you might make one just because. The last section starts with a coconut flour recipe for making a pie crust. The chapter that follows is full of pie filling recipes for that pie crust and finishes off with a delicious apple pie stuffed apple. Enjoy trying these recipes out and knowing that they are not too hard on your body.

Miranda read with perfect rhythm, not too fast, not to slow, very easy to follow! What I liked the most is that most of the times when I'm cooking I feel kind of lost and nervous if I'm reading a recipe; having someone read them to you and guide you through it is reassuring and gives you confidence, it also makes you feel like you're taking a class with a chef, so it's even more fun! Just by hearing the name of each dessert your mouth is watering already!
First you go quickly through the every chapter just to see what's available to you and then you listen to it more calmly whenever you're feeling in the mood for dessert.
It was clear to me why following a Paleo diet is healthier and more convenient, it also explains some of the basics of good eating in a brief way.
What a great thing to know that you can create what seems a never ending dessert paradise in the healthiest way possible!
