A nice introduction

This was a nice introduction to topic, but I was hoping for more. The information provided was helpful and a good starting point.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.

Great Motivation

Loved the suggestions that the author gives in order to help guide you against binge eating. She shares a little psychology behind some of the habits that we are accustomed to and how to change those habits into positive actions . Looking forward to trying the suggestions that are given in the book

Not bad but a bit short

Where does Overeating? How to Stop Binge Eating, Overeating & Get the Natural Slim Body You Deserve rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Not one of my favorites.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Not applicable.

What does Caroline Miller bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Very nicely narrated.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Not applicable.

Any additional comments?

The copyright notice alerted me that this is one of those setups where the publisher commissions a short book on a click-baity subject, but the author clearly knows what she's writing about and her writing's clear and concise. A nice intro for the price and could be helpful to some people, but it's a very short book.

Refresher

I can't say there is anything new, but this is a very good refresher of common sense knowledge.

What I was missing from other books.

I've read and listened to other books that never really helped me. This book made the difference. I've heard much of this before. But it's what I didn't get before that made the difference. The "why" some things work and other things dont. The "how" to take the first steps. Not weighed down with self proclaimed testimonials. Straight and to the point facts and instructions.

Could easily have been a web page

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

I really don't think there's enough information, or useful information to listen to. Perhaps if you were completely clueless about food, it may be of some benefit. But really you could learn this stuff in a quick Google search, reading a web page for 5minutes.

What was most disappointing about Samantha Michaels’s story?

Just nothing of substance.

Great start with excellent tips.

If someone is looking to start getting in shape and changing there habits, this is a great starter guide. The tips are easy enough to follow and could lead to some improvements in the way you eat. I personally realized I have a lot of bad habits. Time to change.

The narration was done very well and keeps you interested.

Some helpful hints and a wake up call.

This was an eye opening book and helped me learn that I am not a pathological overeater. At least not yet. But there were some helpful strategies for combatting the overeating that I do partake in.

There was some new-agey meditation advice which felt a little flakey, but one comes to expect that in the self-help genre. It is easy to overlook.

The narrator was good too.
