Excellent and maddening
I already had the mad cowboy Of course knew of the author before that from his stent Oprah Winfrey and in a couple of plant-based movies. Some of the things that you’re going to hear in this book doesn’t raise your blood pressure a little you’re not paying attention relisten with an open mind. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did.

Quit eating the Bull”S”!
Our dietary choices can culminate to destroy the ecosphere including all that sustains human life. Very well I recommend listening to Mr. Lyman as he lays out ways we can consume food that could slow down or ultimately reverse imminent
ecological collapse on earth.
