what I did like best in this story was I love how it is based on authors background and experiences

No this is the first of his book I've read but its great lots of helpful tips and great plan

Effective to provide its healthy benefits

Following a proper diet can be hard but this Mediterranean diet with 100+ recipes is something you can stick to. The recipes are not just good but real tasty recipes. They are effective to provide its healthy benefits to your lifestyle. It's easy to adapt with and I'm definitely glad with the changes.

Self-improvement guide into loosing weight.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Mediterranean Diet?

No specific. But i think all were good.

What about Rich Brennan’s performance did you like?

He speaks well and understandable.

This diet will not only help you lose weight, it will also help you fight off a wide variety of illnesses while strengthening your heart at the same time. It has a good health benefits. Including great recipes aside from delicious its very healthy. This can make a positive change in my life.
