I was looking forward to using these for prepping my meals for the week so i wouldn't have to cook every day. With the tips and advice included in this book and with a lot of recipes to choose from, this allows me prepare ahead of time for the whole week instead of preparing them everyday. I’m just glad I got this book! I will try the recipes one by one...!!!
This is a great book...very well amazing really helpful especially to those busy individuals who have limited time to prepare and cook their food but still want to have a healthy meal for weight loss. I have learned many useful information from this book.and one of the ideal presented is cooking in bulk and eating left overs, the measurement of each ingredient should have been converted to bigger quantity that could produce bigger quantity that could last for days. Nonetheless, the book is something new......
I would recommend this book to my wife and her friends as they are big cooks and always finding different ways to eat healthy.

I like to thank the author for presenting such a useful book. This book is about meal prepping for weight loss. It is very useful for me to reduce my excess weight easily. I have tried many weight loss guide and follow the instruction given in that book, but no use in that. I came to know about this awesome guide from my friend, and I started following it. Now I have reduced 10 kg in 15 days, I suggest this wonderful guide to all people who are struggling to reduce the weight.

This is what I have been looking for. A cookbook where I can just listen and learn what food to prepare. In this audio book contain guides to tell you how long your food will last in the pantry, refrigerator, and freezer. This is more than just a guide to meal prepping, it is also a recipe book with 50 delicious recipes that are packed with whole healthy ingredients making it easy for someone to lose weight and at the same time enjoy the food.
Meal prep is all we know very important. It can be used in times of emergency aside from the usual daily uses of meal prepping. this audiobook will help you with the strategies for this and listening to it is wonderful while doing something.
I don't have the print version of the book but I think it will be as good as the audio book.

his recipe book has to be one of the best we have used. The recipes are simple, quick and very good.because of this i loved this book..
To add to my special recipes list are these interesting meal prep recipes. I do not think meal prep is a new method of prepping food. Am sure it must have been existing for a long time now because when I was young, I remember a friend of ours whose mum applied this method in preparing their meals weekly.
