This was short and sweet and hit the key points of the book in an easy-to-understated fashion. The narrator spokenclearly and had a pleasant speaking voice. I am glad I.listened to this rather than the entire book, as a lot of this is common sense eating.
Basically, 33 minutes on "eat more green vegetables". Perhaps the full book has more insight, but this didn't tell me anything other than the obvious.
