    Also the section with different kind of food and there content read up......is really not suitable for an audio book.

    If you could sum up Ketogenic Diet for Beginners in three words, what would they be?

    Explaining ketogenic diet from a scientific point of view is how the author attempts to prove the validity of such diet. This book also explains the importance of fats and proteins in our bodies, specifically for body organs to function more effectively.

    The Ketogenic Diet has seriously changed my life for the better! Changing the way I eat has changed the way I feel both physically and emotionally. I have more energy then I have ever had and look ten years younger! This book cover everything you need to know to get started on your diet and new way of eating. Just listening to this short audio book can really improve your life is so many ways. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

    How could the performance have been better?

    Less recipes which are not ketogenic. Learn how to pronounce the word "abandon" - it's not pronounced "abondon".

    This is completely outdated information. It's perspective is incorrect and you can tell that the author is not someone given to a keto diet. That makes a huge difference.

    To start out a new healthy set up with seizure free and medicine free you need to browse this book and take a look at a number of the delicious low crab recipes. A good book and an easy, short read. Several helpful points are made, and are worth consideration especially if you've had trouble keeping on track.

    This book is simply amazing. It taught me how I can finally find out when I am craving and when I am just plain hungry. Another thing I love about this book is the food list. It's crazy how that list helps you simplify how you can avoid all those unhealthy cravings and opt for better and healthier food.
