This book includes recipes, as might be expected, but it also gives icons to tell what the juices are good for, such as blood and bone health and cleanse-and-detox. If there are certain fruits or vegetables that you don't like, like myself, who doesn't like coconut, there are plenty of other fruits and vegetables to use.I received my juicer book the other day and was quite surprised at all the recipes in there to make juice from. I am overall quite pleased with the book and would recommend it highly.............

I have read (and now listened) to several books on juicing. My primary interest is to get new ideas on fruit and vegetable combinations. I have juiced for several years and have the tendency to repeat a few core recipes. This book was great at providing me new flavor combinations. More importantly I like that it gave the nutritional information on a broad spectrum of fruits, vegetables and some herbs.
The book went into detail as to how each of the recipes targeted potential health issues.
The narrator did a great job at keeping the information flowing with great energy. This book is prefect for new juicers and experienced as well.

This book helps you make that decision by explaining the types, and the pros and cons of each. It even helps you decide if a juice cleanse or detox is a good option for you and lists several options from a two day juice fast to the 14-day cleansing cycle and how to do each. So easy to use and recipes are great have tried a few and found them very useful and easy to follow
