It's an interesting book. There was an element of common sense that offered different options, some that could be easily implemented. It is short enough to go back and review some concepts. It was easy to listen to and understand the theories of the author.
The author recommended things a dietician had told me several years ago that I had forgotten, and may now revisit.
She spoke in the first person which made her experience more personal. I liked that.

Even though the book was written by a man, I was glad the audio was recorded by a woman since the book was directed to women.
