I really would recommend this book to my friends and loved ones. Not only that it would help them lose weight but, they could also benefit a lot from this book. I am pretty sure they would have a strong immune system and overall health improvement, just like me.
I like the idea of a quick guide on a topic, but this one is going way too fast on the most important topic: the various fasting types. Five are listed and are very briefly described in just one chapter. A full chapter should have been devoted to each of them.

This book is for anyone and everyone, interested in learning how to control your hunger There are many health benefits, changing up your metabolism, lowering the risk of heart disease, and diabetes. The excellent tips found in this book convinced me to try intermittent fasting out. I didn't really know the benefits of fasting before reading this book. It was so informative to read.
This book does not go into any details. I personally was wanting examples of how individuals incorporate the diet into their lives. How to calculate macros and calories when on this meal plan.

I love the way Valerie Childs debunks numerous misconceptions about fasting, whether eating 6 small meals is a good idea and even the claim that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This very short audiobook is PACKED with information and insight that will have me researching for the for the next several days, I'm sure. Definitely check this one out!
I have never heard before of intermittent fasting diet which makes you lose your weight and gain muscles by skipping meals! It sounded unbelievable at first but I decided to give it a try, and I am glad I did. This is not a kind of a diet where you will have to starve yourself, but you will need to have some discipline to make it work. For 34 days of this diet I've lost 12 pounds and I am very happy with the result.
I had no idea there were different approaches to fasting. I always associated it with religion, so this was very helpful. The guidance is clear and easy to follow and I love the health benefits you can apparently get from fasting for certain periods of time. Great information!
Intermittent fasting diet was a new kind of diet for me so I decided to gamble a little bit and purchase this audiobook. All I can say that it did wonders for me. After 3 months I lost about 15lbs which is more than I lost in the past 3 years following many different diet plans. Now the first three weeks of fasting days were really hard. I was hungry, had a constant headache and mood swings. But I persisted and it got easier each day. Try it, it might work for you!
In this audiobook you will learn about the science behind on how and why this diet works. Menu plans and tips to make the diet plan easier to follow are also very useful. A little hunger puts you into fat-burning mode, and I can see it is working. I have lost 10 of my very stubborn 20 pounds that I am trying to lose for months. I am also not anymore on this diet roller-coaster, where I used to follow a diet plan for about 3-4 days and then I would ruin it. I am very happy that I've purchased this audiobook.
