There a lot of motivation books out there but this one really hit home. Weight loss is just as mental as it is physical. She's been there and shares from her heart

I really enjoyed the series! It has helped me get motivated to make some changes and take small steps towards my goals. It was very easy listening and very helpful! Good luck to anyone reading the book and struggling with weight issues! We CAN do this and this book is a great resource!
I too need to lose 100+ pounds. This book series has helped me see where I failed before. It has helped me understand it's not a race. By taking notes (because a bit of a nerd in that area) I have made an outline to help me focus. And the best thing is that IT'S ATTAINABLE GOALS!!!
