Basically a definition only.

If you're looking for an overview of what to do, how it works or a guide to follow, you'll be sadly disappointed. The most I gleaned from this book was a definition of H.I.I.T. and names of trainers who have built athlete exeecise programs from using the high intensity interval training. Don't waste your time or money.

Great Training Method

This is a straightforward and simple audio to teach you the high intensity interval training in just minutes. I played along while I did it and I'm loving it so far. This is something I plan to do 5 days a week.
