This audio was extremely helpful in giving me lots of great information quickly and with a great narrative voice. I found the supplements section extremely helpful, along with some awesome tips on eating healthy and strength training. I have started eating more frequent meals smaller meals like the author suggests and just that alone has increased my energy and motivation levels. So much in here! Highly recommended!

I absolutely would! Health can be a very dry topic to learn about but this tutorial opened my eyes to a lot of easy adjustments that I can make in my life to make it easier.
The narrator's voice was soothing but conversely witty, even when discussing content that was dry or a little bit boring. I enjoyed listening very much.

I would say Health: The Ultimate Health Secrets is a lot like The Ultimate Diet REVolution: Your Metabolism Makeover by Jim Karas. Both show different diet and fitness examples to really change your lifestyle and make you healthier, though I believe Health: Ultimate Health Secrets has a lot more information and dieting and exercising tips that those with busy lives can follow!

I have listened to other Joshua Mackey performances and I am always pleased. I would have thought the reading aloud of the recipes would be dry and boring, but Mr. Mackey made it sound as though each recipe was the most delicious thing in the world. It was like listening to a cooking show on the radio.

I am already a bit of a health junkie, when it comes to learning about different routes to physical and mental wellbeing. It's a vast subject and I wasn't sure what to expect from a book that aimed to cover all aspects.
As I listened to the book, Joshua's excellent, engaging narration made it a pleasure to just allow the content to come to me, and as it unfolded I was amazed at how much Ace was able to put into this 2.5 hour audio. The book covers so much; from diet to vegetarianism, strength to stretching, prevention (of disease) to treatment, supplementation to baking muffins, and ends with a brief look at mental well being.
I would challenge anyone to listen to this one and *not* find some new nuggets of health instilling wisdom. Definitely worth a listen. Health also a springboard to scores of other links and references, so that whatever aspect you are interested in you are guided towards further information and help. Purchase and enjoy as a stepping stone to a more healthful future.

I love that this book has everything: health and beauty tips, recipes, and training advice. I highly recommend trying out the lentil soup recipe! it's delicious! Ace McCloud lists the best supplements, vitamins and minerals to take for optimum health, as well as teaching how to combine these to achieve specific results such as increased energy, losing weight and building strength. I found the step by step instructions for strength exercises and yoga poses really easy to follow and energizing.
In brief, this audio-booked is full of simple advice on how to put in place small changes that eventually lead to a big improvement in overall health and vitality. A must-buy!

At first i thought this is a Yoga guide or recipe book. I was wrong. I read this book out of curiosity but i ended up gaining more than i expected. I was amazed of how simple it is to tap maximum energy from your day to day living. although i was aware of some of the techniques prescribe here, i found many new tips that will improve how I utilize my ingested nutrients. This is worth reading.

I absolutely love this book! This is an amazing book that consists of great strategies to improve your health and look your very best! You can learn how to create a customized diet plan and/or an exercise plan. Also given are great recipes as well as the best distress techniques available.
As a professional model it is very important for me to stay fit and in this book I discovered lots of tricks that I can easily apply in my daily routine. I also discovered great ways to use the coconut oil – in my dishes and for my skin routine.
