The content is interesting, but dry. The voice talent that read the book had a very nasal sounding voice, which I found distracting. Additionally there is lots of recipes that are completely lost by having to listen to each ingredient. While they offer a pdf file of some items not everything is included.
Overall, this type of book does not translate very well into an audio book so I strongly recommend purchasing the book or borrow one from your local library.
love this book I have read over 50 books on health and nutrition and have never come across such amazing information. I think everyone that is interested in learning on self-improvement in their health should read this book.
