Horrible

What would have made From Belly Fat to Belly Flat better?

If the author had a clue. They were certain that they were right, all of the patients got thinner. It is an incredibly restrictive and nonsensical diet. No wonder people did well.

outdated

The chapters on hormones were beneficial but much of this book is outdated. So much has changed over the last 10 years as far as our knowledge of foods that spike your insulin levels which leads to excess body fat. Some of the recipes are very high carb and you would never want to eat that to reduce belly fat. There are also many recipes with beans that tend to cause bloating in most women.
