Always loved reading books. Now listening to more and more audio books as I can do it in the car, or on my phone. Really loving them.
It's not filled with a bunch of fluff. I like that he boils it down to the essentials rather than trying to pad the word count. Actionable items and to the point.
Narrator is very comfortable, easy to listen to. Sounds like a pro.
Hopefully this team does more books.
Personally, I do enjoy the book more because I feel like I need to be in a quiet setting to thoroughly enjoy a book, But if you are a busy person with little free time than I reccomend to listen to this audio book while reading, walking, or even working out.
This book influenced me to take physically activity to a whole new level. I hope to try other sports that I had not tried earlier such as running a marathon or even trying to spend a few more days out of my week in the gym, because after reading this book I learned that you ultimately control what happens to you body whether that be positive or negative way.
Great narration by Donny Barnes. This quick audio book is great for a daily commute while trying to establish healthy habits... Perfect to accompany you while starting an exercise routine, or thinking about changing your habits and lifestyle. Can listen to multiple times, getting more value after each listen to help you stay motivated and positive.
This book was padded out with a handle of tips.Im not the triathlete the author is and I can give more tips then this book does.One of its top tips is the fat burning zone for your heart rate to be kept in to preferentially burn fat instead of sugars.This is pseudoscience non sense that is misleading.Alot of the tips are pretty obvious which Im cool with just that there weren't many of them to warrant a book that is over 90 mins long.A real shame;The author could have given so much more.I want a refund!!
