I think there was some good info in there but it was nearly impossible to absorb it from the narrator. My child reads more naturally than her.
Knowledge is a beautiful thing!
The title of the book got my attention because it lists hormones. I am using progesterone now and want to learn as much as possible.
The first 2 chapters are advertising other books by the author. There are tips given for exercise. I couldn't finish the book because the narrator's voice annoyed me.
There may have been hormonal information at the end of the book, but I decided to return it.
