I really enjoyed this book. It covered a lot of material. I came away feeling confident I could safely embark on a regular fasting regimen. Also I appreciated how concise the book was. He author didn't bore me with long lectures, unnecessary information, personal background and endless antidotes. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone considering fasting.
