The Yoga 2 Hear Eye Yoga, Vol. 2, class contains different yogic eye exercises to those featured in the Eye Yoga, Vol. 1, class. In the Vol. 2 class, simple techniques such as Flutter Blinking are combined with gentle rhythmic breathing to form a class that will refresh tired eyes and make them relaxed, strong and healthy.
Strong, relaxed eyes not only work more efficiently they reduce tiredness and fatigue, prevent headaches and reduce the risk of eyestrain which can be experienced even after short periods spent reading a book or looking at a monitor/screen.
The class uses clear easy-to-follow narrated instructions combined with subtle atmospheric background music which sets a mood perfect for deep relaxation. The class can be followed whilst seated or lying down. This makes it ideal to use last thing at night so you can really unwind, sleep well and wake feeling refreshed.
