After a year of searching with no improvement
It took about 24 hours to realise that what you lay out in this book can and is helping me regain my warmth
After having ice cold hands and feet all summer I read this book on the coldest days of winter and was able to have warm hands and feet
I've got a way to go yet but this is it

Book is a solid "something to think about and apply" exploration for anyone. I sought out this book to help address my constant thirst despite drinking 2 gallons a day. The information here is rational and not in your face. Author doesn't make any big decrees or "shock value" stats. He uses logical thinking backed my research to help explain his case. Big fan of the approach and will be reading more of his work.
Don't waste your time. This is not for anyone that's interested in health and nutrition. No science to back anything in this awful book.

It's not comparable really....his suggestions fly in the face of convention and I imagine most health gurus would throw their hands up in horror.
He is funny...once you accept his way is a little annoying...I came to enjoy his style in the end!
Just movement in my own head at how I look at nutrition
Try it.....it's not a complete picture, but the start of something that could be the way forward for many of us.
