Easy to do
I love Dr. Fuhrman's work and have read Eat to live earlier. Eat for Health is a different version of Eat to Live. Both are great!!!! I don't understand though why we're not getting book two of Eat for Health. I've been implementing his suggestions for the past week and my mood has already improved, not to mention the 2 pounds I lost without trying.

Lots of good information
I enjoyed this book, but liked Eat to Live better. This was a good second book to that. Eat to Live gave a lot of research which I found interesting and informative. This book was good to make the program doable and for the recipes (bought the actually book too).

Must Have Book!
I loved this book! I've completely changed my diet as a result of this book. Anyone who wants to improve their health by using nutrition as the "medicine", this is a must read!

Fantastic Book
This is only book 1, book 2 is referenced a great deal in this book, so be aware that you won't be getting his recipes. That said, it's a fantastic program. Dr. Fuhrman is a very inspiring speaker and gives you the knowledge to make his program workable for you.

Loved this Book, but Confused!
Would you listen to Eat for Health again? Why?
Yes, because I feel it has already changed my life and way of thinking about eating. I turn 60 this year and have started seeing way to many friends get overweight, take medicine, and decline in health. Our generation was not taught properly how to eat for our health.
What other book might you compare Eat for Health to and why?
This is the only health book I have read so far.

I drive 80 miles to work every day, one way, and I don't have time to read much.

My biggest complaint is I am confused on where the rest of the book is. This book ends at the end of Chapter 5. If you google this book on Amazon you will see the book has 16 chapters and meal plans, etc. The audio talks about book 2 but I don't see a book 2 anywhere. I guess I will have to get the book on Amazon to see the rest.
