A must read for those serious about their health.

I'm a Life Long yoyo dieter. Up to 280lbs from 230lbs this time last year. I am just tired of restricting myself & gaining the weight back. Plan on make this my last & permanent diet for what I hope to be a longer, healthier life!!!

LIFE CHANGING!

Dr Fuhrman guides you through the steps to eating to eliminate food cravings and disease. The numerous testimonials and scientific references validates the efficacy of this eating style. I highly recommend this book in addition to his other publications. It offers even more life saving detail and motivation!

Clear plan for health improvement

Easy to follow the progression of changes I need to make in my pursuit of lowered cholesterol, lowered blood pressure and a healthy weight.
Nothing crazy here, just a solid plan to reach my goal of healthy living.

Open your mind, not your mouth

What other book might you compare Eat for Health to and why?

Eat to Live is Dr. Fuhrman's earlier book. I prefer Eat for Health because of its' hands on approach. Dr. Fuhrman's explanations are crystal clear. His use of reader's experiences throughout the book made this real.

What does the narrator bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

It's Dr. Fuhrman so it's just the good stuff.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The bit about 'toxic hunger' I found to be all too true

Great book! This is book ONE and I found myself buying the complete set after listening to the first few chapters. In this book, Dr. Fuhrman references recipes from book TWO and I was so impressed with this book, I had to buy the set.

It's easy to understand and it's not gimicky at all. Bottom line - eat what God gave us in the state he gave it to us and you cannot go wrong. Here's to our health!

Great Lifestyle Plan

This book clearly states the case for Fuhrman's lifestyle plan and answers many questions. Eat To Live and Eat For Health are both essential reads for anyone hoping to avoid diseases caused by the typical American diet. The knowledge imparted by these books gives one the tools to take control of one's health. Thank you Dr. Fuhrman.

Great book.

Everyone has been posting that book two is not available here. However I was able to download what seems to be the information in book two with the recipes etc. If you look in the description of the book in the audible website right below you will see a link to download the information.
