Amazing read! Insightful to what our bodies need.

This was an amazing read and very easy to listen to. Incredibly insightful for anybody who wants to learn about their blood type and food and how it affects our bodies and our health. We need more approaches like this from doctors to keep us healthy and disease-free!

Good information, but not enough details

There were a lot of unexplained medical terms that would not make the book easily understood by a person with no previous knowledge of medical terminology. Overall I have a new found appreciation for my individual blood type, and how food can make or broke us.

I truly wanted the information this book holds.

I truly wanted the information this book holds. Great information inside. Really hard in a audio format. All the information regarding your blood type along with all of the other blood types are mixed together. Be prepared to take notes as the information jumps from one topic to another. The reader did a good job.

very clear and easy to understand

New year and need to understand my body more to effectively lose weight and have more energy in general. Ive heard about the blood type diet for years from fellow chef friends, BUT TODAY, this book resonated with me! I think this book just changedy life💖

It was like reading the manual for my iron deficient type O body

I’ve been steadily declining since January 2022 from a horrible miscarriage and subsequent heavy menstrual periods, not knowing I was losing more blood than My body could produce.. even with a strict diet regimen, vitamins and no meds, I thought I’d get better.. took me almost dying plus a friend who is an epidemiologist and this book that saved me from myself. Type O needs iron. Type o also doesn’t need all these other vitamins if you’re getting it from your foods, so! Lesson learned… oddly enough, all the reactions my body was having to the foods I was eating, this book said to a T that I should avoid. It was like I finally had a manual to tell me why my rashes, daily vertigo, chronic headaches only after eating (drank plenty of water), nausea and daily Diarrhea and vomiting were so prevalent. No local doctor figured it out. My friend who lives a world away from me in Zambia told me I was low in iron just from talking over the phone about my symptoms and diet and vitamins. And this book I found at the same time she told me it was iron that I wasn’t absorbing properly because of all the calcium in my diet.
