Great book for the listener who needs a basic understanding of diet. Most Americans are woefully inept in this area. A good quote from Clean Eating:"If you are cleaning up your diet because someone has told you to, or because of the guilt your current eating habit bring, know that this not a powerful enough motivator because they can always be influenced by someone or extenuating circumstances."
The book also includes the core principles to clean eating like opt to cook your own meals instead of buying processes meals that are likely using chemicals, eat whole foods, avoid processes foods, eat five to six meals a days, watch out for salt, fat and sugar, and more.
Overall, I learned lots of things in this book. Thanks to the author.

By the whole it was nice and could be better if not this is itself nice..
Many of diets books are similar but what made this one special is the fact that it talks about counting calories the right way, which is not counting at all! You can eat as much fruits and vegetables as you want and you don't need to worry about calories because they're healthy for you.
I would put it in a television cooking show and the tag line would be "clean eating clean living"
Great guide for eating right and feeling healthy. I'm a big believer that counting calories is tedious and unnecessary. I'm glad I found a book about that and I would recommend this to anyone wanting to start eating cleaner, healthier, and better foods.
This is an excellent book on eating clean! The book is very informative. I learned a lot of new and interesting. Unlike other diet plans, eating cleans - diet lifestyle. She is very good at helping to lose weight! I recommend!
The tendency for people, increasingly, have attention to your health and your power is increasing. The problem is that many people do not know what is "eat well", or else end up bored and demotivating because they have huge machines to count calories, which after some time becomes boring and leads to many people to give up. But it is perfectly possible, I myself do, eat healthily without having to worry about counting calories and, for me, is a big factor for long-term success. I recommend the book!
