I love the no nonsense, no drug, science backed, natural facts, food, & workout advice. It works. Michael Matthews is telling the truth. Im currently 24% body fat on my way below 20%.
at first it seems easy to follow. but in a good way he starts throwing numbers at u like a teacher in class and it's hard to remember simply by memory..it's so way worth it tho
