Very good one!!

This is one of those audiobooks that you actually WANT to listen to all in one sitting. Listen to the whole thing and do the exercises. You will not be disappointed.

I found myself bursting with clear energy and peace of mind after practicing these techniques and listening to the music... yes there is some nice calming music.

"Inspiring"

Personal Healing Experience

"Breathing" is much more of a practical tool than a passive book. I love how Dr. Weil makes this training feel so personal. The presentation of these techniques feels really fresh and impromptu. There's a sense of discovery here for you as the listener, as your experienced guide creates a relaxed space for your experience. I just loved it. I am not good at meditating - but this approach was fantastic. And since the program is only 2 hours long, it is something you can use repeatedly.

Dr Weil is so calming

So simple yet so powerful. Great techniques to calm and soothe. Do not recommend listening to this while driving!! lol
