Leading yoga professional Sue Fuller guides you through a series of postures that are linked together by the breath and designed to strengthen and lengthen all major muscle groups of the body, whilst providing a cardio workout and helping to clear and focus the mind. A flowing sequence will complement your regular yoga practice or can be used on its own when you do not have time for a full yoga class.
The class instructions are mixed with a relaxing background music track that sets a mood perfect for yoga. A printable PDF guide book which highlights the easy to follow instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each yoga posture accompanies this class.
