I would recommend this book to any of my friends. Life is stressful these days and it pays to spend time on taking care of yourself.
I am new to Ayurvedic so the whole book was captivating. I loved the way that each chapter was so detailed and full of information about health and wellness. I found many parts that I can implement into my daily life and I've started already.
Her voice was calm and soothing, she narrated it very well.
I always listen to audiobooks in the car so this was perfect for a long drive. I arrived at my destination fresh and relaxed.

This book is a traditional Hindu system of medicine, which is based on the idea of balance in bodily systems and uses diet, herbal treatment, and yogic breathing. A good stress reliever. Good read and excellent book bout Ayurveda.
It was a great book for beginners. I have been interested for years and have read several books on Ayurveda but it was so overwhelming I didn't know where to start.then I got this audio book, this book helped me focus and gave me the kick-start I needed.
For self improvement and self help audiobooks I would think it's the top audiobook I've listened to.
The best part of this story was the simplistic approach in treating your stressors with a variety of treatment methods.
I like their calm and educated voice.
I'm about half way done with this book but it's very good so far. I will definitely finish it and advice people to listen to it part by part so you can fully grasp all of the treatment methods to relieve your stressors.
