There are no crazy menu items. No crazy expensive ingredients. No crazy food preparations. Easy and simple. Don't think that the food you will be eating will be bland, it is anything but. These are simple foods to make and are delicious.
This book goes over the foods to stay away from that are known to be irritates and cause inflammation and those ingredients to increase to help decrease inflammation.
