Clearly written basic advice

The narrator is a bit robotic, but he speaks clearly, and is very easy to understand.
The information presented is on a basic level, but for $2.50 or so and 30 minutes that is what I was expecting. The advice is very good, and if followed, even if you do not have what could be classified as adrenal fatigue, you would be in no danger of causing yourself harm.
It has been suggested that I have adrenal fatigue, and rather than the medical person spending time trying to explain it to me, she suggested that I read up on the subject. I found this book, and I think it did a good job of explaining the subject to me.
I appreciate the suggestions of what foods to eat (and not eat, and why), which was more than I could get from said medical professional.
Basically, if you are sick, and the doctors are saying they don't know why, then you should take better care of yourself to allow your body to reset itself. Eating healthy and sleeping on a schedule seem like obvious suggestions, but this book does a good job of explaining why you should take the time and effort.
Definitely worth the $2.50.
