A journey of self discovery

If anyone were to ask me “Which book has had the greatest impact on your life?” Handbook of the Navigator is definitely that book for me. It is beautifully written and articulated. Whenever I had a question, it had already been anticipated and answered in the next few paragraphs.
Handbook of the Navigator launched me on a journey of self discovery that is continuing to unfold. I originally read the book and now listening to it on Audible is a fantastic way to hear it again. Thank you Eric Pepin.

Spiritual Realism

This book is amazing. Before reading it, my spirituality was like a guilty pleasure: something I indulged in, but didn't feel comfortable talking about. It taught me how spirituality is part of my everyday real life. It took the science of everyday life that I know and blended with the unseen world that I knew existed but no one openly acknowledged. And it did it in a way that didn't make me challenge my sanity.

Before reading this, I felt lost, confused and alone. But after reading this book and experiencing some of the other teachings, I feel more connected to this universe and this lifetime than ever before.

Knowledge + experience + integration

The audio book was packed with ”thought tools, ” and paints an inspiring and vivid picture of the path of a serious spiritual seeker. Plus on the ”readers only” website, there is a guided meditation walkthrough (for the meditation technique outlined in the book). When I listened to the guided med I felt as if it was my first ’real’ meditation.

This book is great for anyone looking grow spiritually and who understands that having their own experiences is vital to their awakening.

This book is truly a handbook as the name implies. I’ve been a devoted seeker of the truth ever since I was a young boy over 50 years ago. As I grew in my journey of spiritual awakening I’ve had many questions and doubts along the way, that began to get addressed immediately when I found Higher Balance 13 years ago. I’ve read this book in both its original book form and the V2 edition, and now the audio book. The knowledge and advice contained within is a handbook filled with abundant and invaluable techniques, and examples that guide you along the way to your own personal path to awakening. It reaffirms your progress and struggles that you’re most surely to encounter along your quest to serve the Force. Each of us has an inner desire to serve the Force that gradually builds in recognition of that. This handbook indeed puts everything into its true perspective and describes how a person evolves into embodying their true nature; a receptacle for God to experience the universe. It contains knowledge that has many layers to it. Every time you read it, there is a gem of valuable knowledge that you could swear wasn’t there previously and designed to help you to awaken to your true self.
A dear friend messaged me this morning and because I was so engrossed in listening to the audio book, I almost fell out of my chair when the message tone sounded. I believe that if you read it at the right time, it could enlighten you. I have experienced a phenomena of awakening that is described in the book in exact detail. It makes so much sense!

This is a very intense book. I appreciate that there isn’t any fluff like many books. It’s packed with lots of useful tools. I went to a park and tried some of the meditation techniques and it was very intense. Many of the concepts in the book came to life in my mind, like puzzle pieces all starting to snap together. This was exactly what I was looking for!

I haven’t finished with the book yet. I’m taking time with it and reflecting on it, as it makes so much sense as I could spend all day thinking about this stuff!

If you feel that spiritual calling inside you, and see yourself as more of a spiritual person, than religious, you’ll love it!
