Publisher's summary

The current "It" girl in Hollywood, Gwenevere Solomon seemingly has the world at her feet. Gwen's problem? She also has one very dangerous stalker at her door. His attacks are getting bolder, and Gwen is becoming more and more afraid. Because this stalker...he knows secrets that she's fought hard to keep buried. The kind of secrets that can destroy a woman's life.

Gwen needs protection, and she needs that protection now. So enter her new leading man...Simon Forrest. Tall, dark, and ever-so deadly, Simon is the lover she left behind. Or rather, the lover who left her behind. He went off to save the world as a SEAL. But he's back now, and as part of Wilde Securities, he's supposed to offer the best, most discreet protection service in the business. He'll pretend to be her lover so the press won't realize her life is going to hell, and Simon will stop her stalker.

Simon was never good enough for Gwen, and he knew it. But this time, he can help her. He can catch the stalker, unmask the jerk, and keep Gwen shining in her spotlight. Easy as pie. Or, it should be. Except...Simon might not be able to stop himself from falling for her all over again.

Contains mature themes.

Cute story.. narration not so much

The narration really took away from the book. Read it instead. The females all sounded the same. Hard to decipher who she was reading. It hurt to listen to the males some thing.

Good Story

I am a huge fan of Cynthia Eden. The story was well developed. The villain was a surprise and with other authors I usually figure out the villain before I finish the book. I understand the comments regarding the narration but in my opinion it was minor and did not take away from the story.

Very entertaining story and performance

This is Gwen and Simon's story. Cynthia Eden always writes great characters, great suspense, and great action scenes in her books. And the endings are always WOW - great action and happy endings. I don't like the graphic sex, but that can be skipped. This performance is very well done. Really enjoyable!

The book is better than the Audio

if there were dual narrators for the audio it would have been better. The female narrator was fine for the female version, but her male voice is left to be desired. The Storyline was fine if the narration was different. Sorry just stuck on that.
