Four hr sales pitch

Painful to listen to. Only listened because it was required for a class I’m taking. The whole book is a sales pitch for the author’s cpm system. The chapters are full of fluff and little substance. It felt like it was written by AI.
All the author is presenting here is your standard problem solving techniques that have been around for decades. Don’t waste your time with this book unless your professor is requiring you to do so.
