Publisher's summary

It has been over two years since the dead began to walk. The shattered remnants of civilization continue desperately to try and rebuild society... for better or for worse. As far as Meredith Gainey is concerned, however, they can do it without her help. Fixated on a mysterious radio message, she sets out on an unlikely adventure joined by her dog and an unlikely companion, Eric Grayfeather.

On her journey, she will encounter everything that is good and bad about humanity. Everything - from a group of children who no longer trust adults, to an all-female clan who lure men to their doom using themselves as live bait. It's all there, and it only serves to prove Meredith's point that maybe the world would be a better place without humans. As always, she documents her travels, allowing you to see the dead world through her eyes. This is Zomblog: The Final Entry.

Native American conquest!

The journal continues with Meredith as the author. Meredith and Eric continue their journey across the country, but I forget why or where they're going. I'm sure it will be made known to me again soon. Evidently, the Native Americans have taken over Wyoming as their own; they even constructed a fence of sorts. Go figure. It's an interesting narrative; I've read better, but I've read worse too. Ah yes, I remember now; Las Vegas, that's where she is heading. Evidently, Meredith is beginning to wonder why also; and on top of that, why is Eric keeping her company? All good questions. Hence, all good things must come to an end, hint...hint.

I never made it please get this to my daughter

Meredith never made to Vegas she finally could not fight the outcome I never like her character but she did tell of all her adventures both good and bad. And near the end I feel she finally started showing some humanity. With lost of Eric her male companion on the trip and Sam her dog she seem to start fighting with herself and in some ways start seeing were she went wrong in the 1 to 2 years since this started and the death of author of the original journal named Sam who she named her dog after. She seems to start regretting a lots of thing but she knew it was to late and the time after her being bit she wrote a message to whoever's found her to make sure the Journals got to her daughter Sno. To the very end she had no hope for mankind to survive but in a small way she did but you never her say it.
