Awesome piece of the series.

Another great segment of the Dark Tower series. The tying in of Salem's Lot seems a little hokey, though.

A fun read, overall.

New narration is hard to deal with at first

Made me really said to hear that Frank Muller crashed his motorcycle and now can't do voice work. It's hard at first with the new character voices and all but it gets better. The book was awesome because it's the dark tower but was one of the slower reads in the series so far. Hope the next one is better. Great series

Pauses

There were some strange long pauses at time. Additionally, the narrator voiced Eddie and Jake so closely that it was difficult to know who was talking. He was much better in the other parts of this story. But outside of those minor, annoying issues, this was a great book.

Dedicated to Frank Muller

I was disappointed to find this book wasn't narrated by Frank Muller. But there is good reason for that. Stephen King goes into detail about Frank's motorcycle accident in 2001 that ended his career. Frank has since passed away on 2008. I'm glad I gave George Guidall a chance and ask that you do to. Especially since the proceeds of this audiobook go to a foundation to help Frank and others like him.

I enjoyed the story, despite it being very long. I also enjoyed George's narration more than I thought I was going to. I am looking forward to listening to the next book.

terrible reader

hate they changed readers middle of the series. lisp is terrible,reader dull, no emotion 😴.

Frank Muller?

George Guidall performed very well. It’s just Mr. Muller created the character’s voices. So while listening to Mr. Guidall. I kept loosing track of who was speaking. Then I just kept hearing what sounded like Winne the Pooh. Instead of Jake or Eddie.
