The reader is so obnoxious that I can't listen anymore.
Her voice for the main character is fine but her voices all the supporting characters are ridiculous.
I'm wondering if the book is something I would like if I read it myself?
"When I Fall In Love"
Undoubtedly my best audio buy of the year.
Strong believable characters acting out their story line set in & around many of my beloved haunts in Brighton.
Although the Ice Cream Café is fictional I could recognise many of the other settings mentioned.
The ‘will they won’t they’ scenario kept me guessing right to the end & the actual list at the end of the book is both entertaining & poignant just as you would expect a ‘bucket list to be’
Heart warming, heart wrenching & smile making - the ideal Winter listen to transport the listener to Paris via Brighton Pier.
If I could award this 10 stars I would!
Roll on the next Miranda Dickinson addition Audible.
"The narrator lets this one down"
Just couldn't continue listening afer 1 hour. The voices of the narrator are so annoying for Daisy the sister and the American. And poor dad, well he sounds as if he is 30 years old then he is. Shame really because it might have had potential.
