April Kennedy is back. Over a year after her nightmare in Dead to Writes, her friend, Stacy, convinces her she needs to take a road trip with friends. With one wrong turn, the group winds up in Happytown, a place that is anything but. They are forced into a mysterious funhouse run by Uncle Monkey and his band of psycho clowns. April hasn't used her special ability since escaping her captors, but when she encounters the clowns of Happytown, she may have no choice. She soon learns that what lies within the funhouse is the stuff of nightmares.

I love audiobooks!!!
Yes. I almost always like the audio version of a book better than the print. Audio breathes life into a story, without ruining the imaginative powers of the reader, unlike a movie version, which just shows you what to see.
I find clowns completely terrifying and read this book, knowing there would be clowns...evil clowns... I was not disappointed! Scary as heck! Exactly what I was looking for.
I liked the way her voice inflections really showed how the characters were feeling. She managed to convey gibbering fear and maniacal laughter very convincingly, often changing from one second to the next. That takes talent.
April, the kick butt heroine, of course! She would protect me from the creepy clowns that I'm sure to now have nightmares about!
I'm just wondering what that roast was, that Mrs Reynolds was serving at the end... I hope it wasn't people!
Not for someone who is easily offended by sexual comments. Horror, bloody, clowns. This is the second book in this series. Clowns were awesome. Very entertaining.
April, she is a leader
