Breathy, Sexy Chic Lit
Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
I bought this audiobook because it was a bargain, and I was pleasantly surprised. I haven't read or listening to much in the "chic lit' category as a disclaimer! I felt like parts of the story were very contrived: especially Caroline's two best friends, who were caricatures at best and one dimensional buzzing gnats at worst. I thought some parts of the story were creative like the texting logs. I would recommend this to someone who enjoys a good, sexy romance.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Wallbanger was the best. I wish they really made men like him!
What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?
The narrator's performance was probably my favorite part of this audiobook. She didn't hold back! It all came together in the end in a frenzy of breathy, sexy moaning.
Could you see Wallbanger being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
I could see this being a romantic comedy with a N17 rating.

Entertaining and hilarious love story!
I love the name calling and situations that blossomed to an unusual love love story between the leads. Very realistic and even included an affair with a pet cat.Very charming:)

Would you listen to Wallbanger again? Why?
Yes. This was such a comical book. Whenever I need a good laugh this will be the book I go to.

Good book
I really enjoyed the story, but the narrator was not a good choice at all.
Caroline is supposed to be 26 years old, the voice of the narrator makes her and the friends sound like they are waaaay older. It was hard to concentrate and think of Caroline as a young woman when the voice of the narrator makes her sound like she's in her 40s or much older. It just doesn't go well with the story.

Don't let the cover fool you
What did you like best about this story?
This book was laugh out loud funny! Going in I wonder what it would be like since the cover and name of the book seemed so defining but was still curious by some of the reviews I had read. I had tears I was laughing so much in some parts.
