One of my favorite books, an excellent recording
Would you consider the audio edition of Voyager to be better than the print version?
Not better or worse. Sometimes the voice animation is different than I would of interpreted it, but that is what you get with a recording.
What about Davina Porter’s performance did you like?
So much inflection and originality with each character.

Good Story, so long!
I love this series even though the books are so long and overly wordy. I decided I would try audible for this one to see if that helped but the narrator sounds very old, she switched characters very well but imagine hearing your grandmother talk about sex. I recommend just reading it yourself. it really bugs me when the narrator does not fit the character.

Wonderful book and series...extremely enjoyable!
Would you listen to Voyager again? Why?
I certainly would - history, romance and adventure...what else could you possibly desire!
What does Davina Porter bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Davina Porter's voice of the Scottish accent along with the English lilt is amazing and wonderful while listening to the book! Makes you believe you are right there with the characters of the book.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I cried in several parts. I found myself laughing out loud at a lot of parts also.

A little bit of everything
"Voyager" is my favorite of the series & that's saying a lot as I love the entire series. In this book, we learn more about J &C's life during the more than two decades they have spent apart. Do they still have that special feeling between them? Of course, but it is different. Not better, just different, given their experiences while they are apart.. There is a great deal of humor, action and of course, PASSION. Davinia Porter is extraordinary and makes you feel you are there, in the story. Finally, last but not least, Diana Gabaldon writes beautiful stories.

Love the Outlander Series... so vivid!
